Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing services and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role requires strong leadership and operational management capabilities, preferably with experience in cardiac care operations.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise nursing staff across departments.
• Ensure quality standards and patient safety protocols.
• Manage nursing operations and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with medical teams and hospital administration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in nursing services.
Requirements
Qualification:
• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Cardiac OT, Cath Lab, ICCU, and overall Cardiac Care Operations & Management.
